Alright I am using Daz 4.6 for 64bit. My issue is that when adjusting lighting in daz I can achieve the look I am wanting but when it renders it is completely different.. This is an image of the actual screen and what I was hoping my scene would look like.

This is what I end up with. Custom skin is removed from the creature and lighting is all messed up. Is there a trick to getting my renders to look just like my preview screen?

While I am new working with DAZ my image comes out missing skin textures and the lighting has changed dramatically. Is there a way to make my render look like the preview window image?

The view port uses OpenGL to preview what is there. What you see when rendered is the rusult of surface settings and light settings.

For the creatures skin, it appears that the glossyness and spec settings are too high thus washing out the colours of the skin.

It was an accident. I apologise.

I have moved glossiness from 34% to 0% and this still has no effect. I'm at a loss here.

You need to reduce specular strength, and possibly ambient strength.

You rock! it was specular! it was set to 100 and on grey. Now to readjust lighting. Thank you so much!
