How do I remove 150 items from my cart at once?

For some dumb reason I shifted my entire wishlist towards my cart and now I have to click 150 times to get them all out >>
Is there a way I can clear it at once?
Or perhaps a mod can clear it for me?
The items don't have to be put back on my wishlist, it was hopelessly outdated anyway.

EDIT
lol if I delete every item by hand it takes around 10 seconds per items to remove, means it will take me 1/2 an hour to remove all of them *sobs*

    Check the the boxes 'Move to Wishlist' then the 'Proceed to Checkout' should change to 'Update Shopping Cart'.

    Ah thanks, that was a good workaround.
    It would be helpful to have a "select al" and "delete" all button ><</p>

    That's a solution I guess, just keep the wishlist short...
