Problem s with the products folder

Since a few days i have the problem that all folders in the Products listing are duplicated and triplicated and not longer in alphabetical order.

How can I solve that?

    I have never seen that before, it looks more like a DNA sequence than a Product listing.

    If you right click on the word 'Products' you can select 'Refresh' - have you tried that?

    It really looks more like a graphics card issue than a database problem, and they are not even in alpha order wither. Products should begin with the numbers 1 - 5 (in my case at least), followed by a capital 'A', 'B', 'C' etc etc. It could be something held in the graphics memory, and Refresh might cure it.

    If none of that works, you may need to reimport Metadata.

    I was having issues with mine, all categories and smart content were gone but after I deleted the contentDB.ind file and restarted studio, it was all back and studio starts up faster now

    Thanks Kharma, I did the same and start my system new and everything is fine again. You make my day.

    Your welcome, I'm happy to give some advice that worked, altho I can't take the credit for the solution, I found it in a post where Pendraia was having similar issues with her DS. So glad it worked for you too :)
