Texture Atlas with M4 in Daz Studio 4.6 = mesh errors

Hi all! After a long break from being a 3d hobbyist, I'm getting back into learning, especially games, daz and unity.
I've been reading about getting Daz characters into unity, and the first step seems to be using Texture Atlas to simplify the textures.
Problem is, I cannot get Texture Atlas to work with M4... It seems to create white lines around the edges. I suspect it's because TA doesn't know I'm using m4, but I cannot figure out how to say to TA "map to M4 please"
Any ideas on how to get TA to work with M4 in Daz studio 4.6?

What version are you using, 4.6 was just updated (4.6.1.17) and it had a fix for Texture atlas in cases using LODs.
Newly installed (3days ago) Daz Studio 4.6.1.17 Mac 64bit
Also, my Plugin info for Texture Atlas in case you need it:
Filename:
/Applications/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4 64-bit/plugins/libdztextureatlas.dylib
Plug-in:
Texture Atlas
Author:
DAZ 3D, Inc
Version:
1.3.1.17
Thanks for the help!!
How prominent are the lines, if you increase the output resolution are they still there? Are they there in a software render? What textures are you using?
Thank you very much for the super fast replies! I am still investigating, but your questions helped me tremendously to learn about potential issues I need to handle with Daz Studio to Unity.
The white lines are only showing in the preview, not the imported to unity, except for around the thighs and arms. I've learned that I need to reduce the polygon count using decimator. I think the lines are showing because Unity is dividing my character into multiple meshes due to my high polygon count.
Looks to me like TA is working fine for my purposes. I post again if I discover more :)
Thanks again!
