Importing DAZ-characters

The smart-wardrobe of Carrara 8.5 is kinda fiddly on my machine. Therefore, I want to “prepare” the figures within DS.

After preparing the figure (putting clothes and morphs), do I just export the model or do I have to choose “save as”?

Do I have to pay attention something else to import it correctly into Carrara 8.5?

    DS - save as scene - don't add lights ( if you do you will have to mess with them - not the same as DS in C .)
    C8.5 - file - new scene
    then - import scene from DS ( so you will have to know where DS saved it - tells you when you save it )
