Smart wardrobe M4/V4 for Genesis

Hello!

As far as I know M4/V4 clothes are compatible with Genesis.

Do M4/V4 clothes also appear in the smart wardrobe or do I have to select them manually in the browser?

    You have to select them manually. When you apply them to Genesis, the autofit dialog will pop up. Select Michael 4 or Victoria 4 as the model the garment was designed for and the appropriate clothing type.

    Isn't there a way to make M4/V4 clothes to appear also in the smart wardrope? Can I edit a file to make it appear? *blush*

    yes create meta data for each product item then it will show up in smart content for v4/m4

    Well, yes, you could modify each clothing product's metadata file to add compatibility to Genesis. You can do that through the Content Library interface, too, without having to edit metadata text files.

    Like ssweete said, if you have an older product that doesn't have metadata, you have to create it all from scratch. That is a lot of work. I think DAZ help has some info about how to do it.

    Is it also possible to batch-edit it to all M4/V4 stuff? Can I select all items that I want to be converted at the same time or do I have to edit each item separately?
