Flame effects.

What products would the community reccomend to encase a Gen8 character in fire? Think Dark Phoenix, or the Flame Atronach.
I was thinking this might be a good base:

But it says Genesis 3, and I would definitely need additional effects. I'd like to get good tongues of flame coming off the skin.
I got the flame hair from Renderosity. Would love to have my character go full flame goddess mode!

Perhaps look at this and similar. https://www.daz3d.com/rons-flames
Graphic River has some good flame addons.
Sadly, my photoshop skills leave much to be desired. I'm better with something 3dimensional. Like I can paint miniatures really good, but can't paint a painting worth beans. I can do Daz composition fairly well, but I fall apart trying to do anything inside a photo editor. Besides, I doubt these brushes would prove compatible with GIMP, and I don't plan on dropping the big bucks for Photoshop when I'll just be frustrated by my ineptitude. I've got a friend that tells me I should ditch Daz for Blender. I've explained constantly that creating a 3d model is very different from dressing/posing one! Though I do wish I had a bigger selection of render engines. I've got an AMD-based system. :( Would love to try the AMD-built render engine! I got beefy hardware that none of my software loves.
I might see if an artist friend I know wants to take a crack at doing some post-work on a composition. He's pretty handy with Photoshop.
The nice thing is the addons for fire are inexpensive and as actions fairly easy to use.
I didn't mention before, but this would be used as cover art for a book. If I were just-for-funning it, that would be one thing. However since I'm trying to increase sales for my book, I really do need the best I can do. I'm just lousy in photo editors - partly because I'm color blind. I look more at contrast, and generall pick colors that I know work well together from people telling me and from color charts. The idea I had was of the flame captured in mid-transformation. Her tops half would be fully FLAME ON, with a blend to her bottom half which would be "normal." Alas, I think I have bitten off more than I can chew. I'll figure out something else.
There is https://www.daz3d.com/sf-auras-genesis-8-female but it doesn't have an option for upper half/lower half being flamed on. You could do two renders, one flamed and one not and blend the two together with a mask in a photo editor.
Maybe I could use a geoshell, and then render it transparent from a certain point down.
