It's difficult to know wherer to post this query, I hope this is in the right sub-forum area??

Can someone tell me what the product has been used for this dress from the product listed above?

Or how to contact "Rarstone" (the merchant) to ask of them what product it is?

Chances are it's a "not for sale" item and only used for the promos to this product, but I have to ask.

    To contact any PA, submit a ticket with CS and they will get with the vendor and ask for you or you can try and find them on the forums and send a PM.

    Thanks for your help and comment on my gallery.

    I'm just having a little trouble with the shortened English language that's used these days.

    What does "PA" mean?

    What does "CS" mean?

    I'm sure "PM" means personal message.

    Where on the site do you find "Submit a ticket"?

    I put all this down to being alive when the TRS80 and the ZX Spectrum computers were released... meaning being old.

    Any help would be gratefully accepted.

    PA = Published Artist or Premier Artist. Basically any content vendor at Daz except Daz themselves ;)

    CS = Customer Service.

    To submit a ticket you go to "Help" section on the site, select "Contact Us" then "Submit a Help ticket", and you end up on the new ticket form. Use the "sign in" button in the top-right corner of the page first, then fill thhe form to sumbit a ticket.
