Animation FPS?
Does anyone have any experience or advice about how many frames per second to render animations? The DAZ default is 30 fps. Film uses 24 fps. NTSC uses 29.97 fps. And PAL uses 25 fps.
I'm interested in rendering animations at 24 fps because if it works ok it'll save me 6 frames every second of rendering time. Over a 3 minute animation that's a lot of frames. Does 24 fps look as good as 30 fps? Are there any problems with 24 fps? I know I can test this out myself but I'd like to learn from the experience of others too.
I'm compositing animations with other media with varying frame rates. So far I haven't run into any problems using animations at 30 fps but could compositing be a problem with 24 fps animations?

I posted a thread http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/27659/ some links and comments there
I use 24fps for reason you do
Thanks! That's a really helpful thread. 24 fps seems the way to go with animation.
