Daz Studio - Mudbox, - Daz Studio. Anyone?
I wonder if anyone have any experience about Daz Studio - Mudbox combination.
Working:
I want to make a face morph and I can do it if I export the whole genesis figure as an obj., import to Mudbox, make my changes to his face, export from Mudbox as obj. and then import this new genesis as a morph back to Daz Studio.
Not working:
If I only export the head part of genesis from DazStudio (Base resolution, other parts of the figure made invisible), import this head to Mudbox, Export from Mudbox as obj. (It doesn’t matter whether I make changes in MudBox or not) and try to import back to DazStudio as a morph, I always get this geometry did not match error.
Anyone knows what happens? What is a difference of using the whole figure as an export import object instead of just a head. As a test I can export only a head from Daz Studio and import it back as a morph but only if don't involve MudBox in a process..
I am using Daz Studio 4.6 and morph loader pro

My guess is that Mudbox is removing the unused vertices. This causes the vertex count to not match and the load of the morph to fail.
