Left to Right

Hi,....

I put my genesis on pose that i want(left arm and head and chest),now i want to do same pose on right side,how? Symmetry option dont work and i dont know why,... does anyone have some answer how to do that? Thanks

    What settings did you use in the Symmetry dialogue? Did you create the pose by directly adjusting the limbs, or did you use any of the Pose Controls sliders?

    i try all settings in symmetry dialog,i nothing,...i click on power pose,select arm and bend,a select left forarm and twist and bend,and select hand and alosoe twist and bend little twist chest,.... manual i do all,....but symmetry work when i select left leg,and i go to symmetry dialog and he alsoe do on the right,...but i dont know why dont work on arm and all of thing i do,...? i put a picture of my pose

    i just want to do this just with right hand and alsoe put head on other side....

    So you want to swap the left and right arms, and perhaps twist the body the opposite way, while leaving the legs alone? Select the abdomen, Set Nodes to Selected, Propagation to Recursive, Direction to Swap Left and Right, and Trunk nodes to Mirror Y/Z Rotations.

    Pic looks like you might've used pose controls? They tend not to work with the shift+y symmetry options. Sorry if that's not the case.

    I did ask about pose controls. Select the root of the figure (the very top-most entry in its listing, Genesis or Michael 4) and in the Posing or Parameters pane click on Used - are any sliders showing?

    I should have said use the Posing pane - that way anything that shows is potentially affecting the pose, and needs to be manually reversed if it's handed (left-something or right-something)
