Change the Y to up?

Sorry to ask this I'm almost sure it has been asked before.

I see no way to search just this forum and "search forums" did not give me the proper results.

Here is the question: I am coming from another software and have become used to the y being the up/down dirrection and the z facing front/back.

Is there a way to change this in Carrara 7?

    well quite a few other 3D softwares I use have Z as up

    Poser and subsequently DAZ studio which copied it are my main two exceptions
