Need Tutorial in adding bones to a Skirt

I'm looking for a simple step by step tutorial in adding bones to an already made skirt, Specifically Bobbie25's anime schoolgirl outfit. Or if anyone knows of a cute PLEATED short skirt for Genesis or Genesis Female 2, I'd appreciate it.

    Thanks, Does it have extra bones for more movement? I'm surprised that so many skirts don't have it for genesis. I need something with lots of movements. That's why I'm looking for a tutorial. Or SickleYield, you could tell me how? :)

    Mine has movement handles to adjust skirt how you want it.

    Ours has skirt bones also, but I'm glad you found the tutorial you wanted!
