'cutaway' ocean

I really would love a 'cutaway ocean prop. I'd like it to look good above the waves and below so you can do renders, showing the character submerged partially in an aqua sea, while above the character can be rendered above the waves.

    There is a brush set available for Photoshop which does this, but I vastly prefer the ability to do everything within Daz, itself. Especially with PS being horrifyingly expensive and my only having a really old version.

    For the same reason, would be nice to be able to depict more viscous liquids, too, like blood, slime, ectoplasm and so on.

    Photoshop brushes work in the GIMP. The GIMP is free. It's what I use, and I use a lot of Ron's brushes in my own rendering. ;)

    Do these brushes work in Photoshop Elements?
