Troubleshooting: 80% of Runtime Missing in Carrara

As header implies, most everything in runtime for DS has disappeared from Car. after tech spt helped me get DIM databased repaired.
(eg 'Smart Content' tab: products > “1” > “1961 Chevy Corvette PP” (shows fine in DS, but in Carrara has vanished. Categories: libraries > Character > [AdR Speedworks not showing...] ???
I can save as subset in DS, or import via file menu in Car, but still a little frustrating/disappointing. I was just learning materials! : /
Suggestions welcome. Am not very good at the DIM and ‘metadata’ stuff. Screenshot if helps.
I tried uninstall/reinstall but that didn't work.

Sorry, I haven't been using smart content. I have been getting more comfortable with DIM, though. Do you think it is a smart content issue, or an installation issue?
Could it be the same issue as Eyesore's? Thread says SOLVED, but not sure how.

try using studio and reimport the metadata sometimes that helps.
I don't use Smart content either as I have a custom setup which smart content does not like.
Does your content folder still have any Runtime folders ?
I assume you know about the Add Runtime & Auto Detect Runtimes.
Thanks for replies. Updating content via browser tab either helped, or maybe it’s always been that way.
Organization seems a bit arbitrary (to me at least.) eg. 1961 Corvette isn’t under props. That’s just its hardtop. Corvette isn’t in Vehicles. Hmmm... Transportation? Autos? No. Explore folders and find it’s under “Figures.” Makes perfect sense-- go figure! O_o !
Smart Content & products still ‘broken.’ M4 shows. V4 is missing. Genesis shows. G2 is there but nothing in it. Am guessing when tech spt walked me through repairing database for DS 4.10 that affected Carrara? Another tech spt ticket I guess.
Meantime, very useful to know how to update or add a folder/runtime. Can get back to learning materials-- maybe even add a fender bender in 'modeling;' :)
Thanks again

I use DIM to download my items to my C-drive, then I manually install them into my Custom categories, makes it a lot easier for me to find stuff, although there is a bit of work involved in the setting up.
Have you checked that STUDIO is saving to the place your looking for content. EDIT/PREFERENCES/CONTENT/CONTENT DIRECTORY MANAGER/DAZ STUDIO FORMATS/etc can't see properly but you seem to be saving to your E: drive. If so I'd edit your STUDIO options to save to your E: drive file after copying the content from the STUDIO file to your E: drive file.
