dFlatable Animals and Painter Shader

So they came out with the dFlatable Donkey as an April Fools joke, but I was able to make a pretty cool looking render with it. With the way it deflates, it would be cool to have other animals to. Kinda like dForce pelts. Also it would be cool to have a shader that makes the render appear as if it were painted. The image I attached would look great if it looked like it was painted.
