I didn't receive Brice 7.1 Pro, and it's not installed. How do I recover the Installation?

I bought a version of Bryce 7.1 pro product.  I can't find it in install manager, and I remember the install process as confusing.

I can't find it in my products list, but I do believe I have the electronic receipt.  who and how do I contact for the  software?

    It's not in the install manager. You download the installer from the product page and install it manually.

    Moving this to the Bryce forum.  

    You should find Bryce in your Product library.   We Brycers do advise not to use the DIM to install Bryce, but do it manually,   Horo has written a very useful PDF explaining how to make sure that Bryce is installed properly.

    Install the main app first and then the content files.  Bryceligtning is only needed if you are going to run a Render farm.
