Good night time exterior landscape?

I am wanting to load into a scene a reasonable looking, but not too "render-bogging", exterior contemporary landscape to be the exterior of an "A Bright Loft" scene (basically, what would be seen through the windows from inside the house). It would be not functional at all, simply cosmetic filler to legitimize the scene. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

You can use a photo on a plane. You can also use http://www.daz3d.com/landscapes/millennium-environment or http://www.daz3d.com/landscapes/woodland-realm-playset-one. There are other sets too. These sets don't use a lot of resources and you can make them look like night time by adjusting your lighting.

Thanks Cyber dog! You do I use a photo on a plane? (That may allow me a bit of freedom re: content).

Go to the create menu and select new primitive. A window will pop up. From that window select plane from the type menu.
Once you have your plane created you will have to rotate it so it is not flat on the ground. With the plane selected, go to the surface pane and add your image to the diffuse color. Click the square on the left side of the diffuse color channel and choose browse. Browse to your image and select it. If the image is still too bright with dark lighting, you can change the diffuse color to a darker color.

@inthanity: Take a look at "BWC Skies" here at the DAZ-store.
