I thought Poke-Away was supposed to affect the clothing meshes?

When I bought Poke-Away, I was told that this set of morphs was supposed to alter the shape and fit of the clothing Genesis was wearing, but as I try to use it, it is instead just shrinking parts of Genesis. That's not really very helpful, seeing as it won't solve the boob-socks problem with auto-generated morphs, and in this instance, I can't get a pair of boots to fit over a pair of leggings, which is what I was really hoping to fix, or to fix the poke-through on a skirt. Is there a way I can change the settings so that it warps the clothing mesh instead of Genesis's mesh?

No, it is for eliminating poke through of the Genesis figure itself.
It can be very useful for that when thighs and other parts poke through, but that is all it is for I'm afraid.
This product is a boob-desockifier for G1: http://www.daz3d.com/clothing-cleavage-modifier
So is this, but it does a lot of other things, too: http://www.daz3d.com/sickle-rigging-and-morphing-system
This product affects the clothing mesh: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/sickle-super-clip-fixer-genesis/93993
The original Poke Away doesn't do this to the best of my knowledge
