Blood effects for DAZ animations?

I did a zombie animation with a girl shooting a zombie.

Is there a way to add blood-splashes to the animation within DS or do I have to use After Effects?

    You will need to edit those in by another program. DAZ Studio does not support animated textures or particle effects at this time.

    @Jaderail: Thank you!

    Maybe this is a topic now for the Carrara forum, but I want to avoid double posts.

    What about Carrara? Simple blood effects are possible?

    There's a product in the store for adding blood/whatever splats, etc. Think they're props or something like that.
    Was in the Hallowe'en sale.

    Here we go: http://www.daz3d.com/add-on-for-zombie

    One of the reasons I'm learning Carrara now is the built in Particle effects. There is no issue with asking this in that forum.

    Could you use something like the Spray Tool to do this. There's even a blood material and I just used it this morning and it seems to be compatible with the current DAZ Studio.

    Yes, it works in DS4.6 I have it too. Sometimes thinking outside the box is the best answer. Try things in test files then move on to doing it for real in a animation. I have all the Nerds3D tools and most work just fine, the splash tool needs extra steps but can be used also.
