Finger stretching

I want to stretch the fingers of my Genesis figure. Longer, but not thicker. I'm not seeing how to do this via parameters (there's just a general "Scale", not x, y, z scales), and when I try to apply a D-former to the finger, the programs claims the finger has no geometry. Of course, I could do this in post work, but it would be easier to do it right at the start, in the render.
Any hints? Thanks a lot!

Turn on hidden dials, select the individualfinger segments and scale (x, I think but experiment)
OK - where do I turn Hidden Dials on? I'm not seeing it, sorry.
Edit: Forget it! I found the dial in the Actor tab - I was expecting it to be in the General Parameters tab. Stupid me! :) Thanks for the help!
