G3 to G8 centaur 7 converter(working for both gender) or maybe a G8 centaur(both gender)

i would love to have a script to convert the centaur 7 G3 to work primary, before get a new "centaur 8, which also could be cool with some new cloth and armors all for both genders.

i have bougth the centaur 7 pro bundle and while it was really worth the price my real problem is which it was the fact which i'm trying to focus on using only G8 characters in my work and to improve some compatibility and reduce some costs(having to buy too many "addons") would be cool to have a way to make centaur 7 work in G8 character as it work in G3 characters.
