Custom garments or custom mods to existing ones?

I'm not sure this post belongs here, but I'll give it a go.

I wonder if there are PAs who entertain requests for some custom garments, or custom modifications to garments that are already owned. For instance, suppose a garment is ideal for an artist's needs except for want of sleeves, a collar, other minor design changes, etc.. I know that's a niche request, but I wonder if some/any PAs wouls be so inclined? Just curious.

    It's possible that if you contact a PA they might make changes to one of their own products. But there is no legal way they can make changes of another PAs product for a customer.
