luxus render time

Hello!!! question for those who use the new luxs render: it seel to me close of maxwell render, which seems to be very good, but very very slow... what happens with luxus? same render times than carrara? with reflections and transparencies?

I've never used Maxwell so can't comment on faster/slower. Luxrender will produce a noisy version of your image pretty fast but can take a long time to clean up. It probably depends more on the lighting than the materials, with brighter scenes / more direct light cleaning up faster than one where most of the illumination is indirect light. It does have a useful tool to paint on the scene to prioritise where there are more "fireflies" and the renderer then prioritises these areas. Typical render times range from minutes to many hours.
