There are a lot of HDRs in the store, but no underwater HDRIs. This could actually come in useful considering all the Mermaids and marine life that we have to choose from.

Excellent idea! I'd be interested, too, though I can see that underwater HDRI's would be challenging to create.

Yes this is a wonderful idea .
In addition to these, there is this

and the great white from AM comes with an underwater environment also

Those examples are all great, and I have the Iray environments, but I was thinking more of actually HDR photography done underwater, the same as you have the HDRI photos of beachs and forests and urban environments.
I'm in the process now of getting my diving certification, and the idea of doing underwater photography was a prime reason for doing it, but I noticed that with all the HDRI sets in the Daz store none consisted of actual underwater photography.
I think dream light has an underwater hdri set.
I am a bit confused by the Underwater Environment Render Settings and Camera in the Great White package. I don't see anything when I load it?
There is also a SET icon next to the camera and render settings icons which loads an HDRI

So I can't see it?
There is a scene foilder and in it is an above water full scene icon, a camera setting icon, a render setting, icon and a set icon. When I load the set icon I get an HDRI loaded as in the image
