    Small dinner here today- big one on Saturday due scheduling conflicts. Today I made a smoked Pekin duck that we had raised ourselves.

    Saturday it will be a Turducken- A chicken stuffed in a duck, stuffed in a turkey, with a layer of dressing in-between each layer. All raised by us (me, my wife and my parents). No hormones or antibiotics or other garbage.
