In the mean time, there is a lacrimal size morph under eyes. Turn off limits and dial it up to eliminate the gap.

Thanks, I'd never noticed that morph. It does seem to help.

Have just bought and installed Brothers for Growing Up but I don't have any G2M characters, nor G2M clothing, nor Growing up for G2M. I do have Growing Up for Genesis (my goodness, this all gets very confusing) and was hoping to use the Brothers skins with my Genesis characters. However, whenever I try to apply the skin, nothing happens to Genesis - he remains plain old grey.

I've tried changing the UV set to M5 for Genesis but no joy. The product description says this should work (see final sentence) ...

You might need something like this. http://www.daz3d.com/batch-convert-genesis-2-to-genesis
You can do it manually as well, but the product will not auto apply to Genesis1 since the material presets are designed for Genesis2. The compatibility mentioned in the description is regarding similar UV support. In that regard, it can also work on Genesis1.

And that batch convert requires yet another product . It just gets silly. You know I love your products, Zev, but please be careful with the product descriptions.

Is the manual conversion simple to do or should I just return the product? So far, I have been using female skins for Genesis boys to avoid the chin stubble. Thankfully, I don't have too many requirements for kids in the scenes but it is nice to be able to depict families, occasionally.

No it does not require that product you listed. That is to get Genesis 2 specific UV's over to Genesis 1. If you have M5 for Genesis 1, you do not need that product.

Manual conversion ease of use is dependant on the user.

Well, once again, I was going by the product description which states that it is a required product. How am I supposed to guess it isn't really required?

I'm really not trying to make you out to be a vendor who doesn't take care and, again, I love your work and have lots of your products. I'm just getting a bit fed up with imprecise product descriptions in general.

Requirements - Genesis 2 Male and Female Base UVs for GenesisVictoria 6 and Michael 6 UVs for Genesis.

You want to convert M5 UV's. Therefore the product you mentioned isn't needed. If you have M5 UV listed on Genesis1 and on Genesis 2, then all you require is the batch converter.
