Blurry Viewport Icons

I had this problem before, however I can't find the solution to it.
The viewport looks like this:

Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing to it, they're still blurred.

That is strange. I've never seen that happen. Have you tried selecting a different workspace layout to see if that fixes it? Go to menu Window->workspace->Select Layout... and try the different options. Maybe switching to a new one and then switching back to your preferred one would fix it.
