Make an Environment Map with your ipad

I've been playing around with an ipad app called 360 Panorama by Occipital. It's a 99-cent app that uses the ipad (or iphone/ipod touch) camera to very quickly and easily stitch together photos in a 360-degree environment. You just look at the screen and rotate your body and it does everything for you. Anyhoo, you can export a flattened version of the panorama and download a 4096 x 1920 .jpg from your ipad to your PC. Just for fun, I opened DAZ Studio and loaded one of the IBL spheres that came with Reality, then replaced the image file in the diffuse channel with a panorama of my backyard. It worked! LOL It's not HDRI by any means, but it's kind of fun to do...
