3D Bridge for Photoshop instalation problem

Hi,
Recently my Art Computer took a hard hit from a lightning strike and I was forced to shell out the cash for a new computer.
The old computer (PC) used Windows 7. The new one (also PC) uses Windows 8. Both were 64bit.
Everything seems to be installing smoothly until I attempt to install the 3D bridge for Photoshop.
In fact it claims to have installed correctly except when I open my Photoshop CS4 Extended, select "File/Automate and find there is no selection for my DAZ 3D Bridge.

Program Stats:
Daz Studio 4.6 64bit
Photoshop CS4 Extended 64bit
Installer: DS4_3DBridge_1.3.0.18_Win64
OS: Windows 8 64bit with 64bit processor

Installed to:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4 (64 Bit)\Plug-ins

When I look inside "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4 (64 Bit)\Plug-ins", I find a folder named "DAZ 3D". Inside this folder are 2 files "PsDzBridge.8li" and "PsDzUpdateScene.8BA".
If I am missing a file please let me know.
I also looked into the folder named "Automate" and found no reference to the 3D Bridge. (not sure if one is required there.).

I checked the "Help" tab in DAZ Studio 4.6, under "About Installed Plugins..." and I find that "3D Bridge" is checked and Green and is good to go.
But I am still not finding The option for the "DAZ Studio 3D Bridge" in File/Automate in my Photoshop CS4 Extended.

Any Help will be very appreciated.
Thank you very much
