Dry mouth and skin

I was looking for a dry looking mouth, for a thirsty character in the desert, there is absolutely nothing.

If anyone knows something similar, please link !

It is just amatter of adjusting the surface settings to remove glossiness and reflection and maybe bump up the Bump maps.

Depends how dry you want it - parched and cracked, with dead skin and reddening around the mouth would require more work.
