Can't export Victoria 4.2 as Collada .dae file

I just purchased the Victoria 4.2 base and tried to export her as a Collada file (.dae) from within Daz Studio 4.6 Pro. I'm using a Mac, and although a 13MB file is created, it is damaged and won't show a thumbnail preview or open in other programs. I have tried adjusting Export settings but no luck. It gets to 30% on the conversion before cutting out.

Initially I thought it was because I added the anatomy package, but when I loaded her and tried to export without adding anything to her the file was still damaged on export.

I have no trouble exporting as Collada on the Genesis 2 model.

Is there any way around this as I need the Collada version on Victoria 4.2? Thanks.
