Keygrip won't install

I just purchased Keygrip and I get an error message that says Keygrip DS3 (64bit) cannot be installed...

Does Keygrip not work on DS4? Nowhere in the product description does it say its for DS3 so I assumed it was current.

    No, I'm afraid it's DS3 only.

    Is there a program for DS4 that lets you control the camera with a joystick?

    How do I go about getting a refund on this? Where in my account is the refund button?
