Actually, an anatomical 3D cut-away of the entire human body, male and female, complete with uterus, would be a lot mroe useful for science-fiction art. One from the side, another from the front. Just have to apply the right shader to it and it can look like a holographic projection.

Would also really like internal organs which can be given cut-aways, too. Wombs would have obvious additional benefits for science-fictiona nd horror themes, for anyone wanting to give an impression of a hybrid or other organism growing within that location.
