Morphing Daz Sea Dragon

I have been trying to add a gills morph to the DAZ Sea Dragon (I am using Hexagon) and when I load the morph it's fine. however when I use the morph the lower jaw moves up into the upper jaw and face and stays there. I am wondering why it does this and how to fix it.

Make sure you zero the figure before trying to create a morph - it sounds as if the jaw is partially closed, so your morph includes that change as well as the changes you want. If you set the Reverse Deformations option when importing your morph that should also fix the issue by removing the jaw movement, leaving only your deliberate changes.

Thanks! That worked perfectly. I didn't know until I checked that the close mouth morph is active as soon as you load the figure, so I set it to zero, reworked my morph and now it works fine. :-)

So after I have the morph and try to save it as a morph asset Das Studio tells me "You must save Figure/Node Assets before you can save Morph Asset(s). What is going on with that?

It means the version of the SubDragon you are using is a legacy-rigged figure, not a TriAx figure. You can export as CR2, but then you won't be able to add any additional ExP morph packs to that version of the figure, or you can keep the OBJ version of the morph and reload it as needed.

    Thanks for the info Wendy.

Richard- Thanks for being so helpful. So what if I convert the Sea Dragon to a Triax figure?
