    Thank you for today's goodies - even tho they do offer me challenges - buy and USE big cats 2 (gonna buy it anyway - just extra incentive) - and install and LEARN Bryce. You PA's really want to encourage me to expand my skill set and increase my creativity. Don't you. (Big Thank You's for that!)

    I'm confused. Do you mean we need to have JUST the Griffin Wings, not Griffin for Daz Cat 2? Need an answer ASAP before Griffin for Daz Cat 2 goes off snowball. I'm not interested in the Griffin figure, but would want the animal textured wings for the cats.

    My bad ,from reading MidnightStories post ,it's a texture set and pose for the Griffin Wings to fit the MilBigCat2

    Basically the way the freebie works "Griffin Wings for Daz Cat 2" is you need a copy "Griffin Wings and Daz Cat 2" no you do not need the Griffin for Daz Cat 2.

    The best way to load is use the Sub-scene presets.
    They come in with the wings prefitted with the cat breed and the material all applied so a one click operation!

    Posting this separately. I keep trying to get an answer to this but am not having much success :(

    I do not understand why this is written on the product pages:

    These items are not made by, or supported by DAZ 3D. They're free, but you're on your own when working with them. Enjoy your freebies, and happy holidays!

    If these are temporary freebies, which will assumedly become store products (there is already a "non-sale" price on them), then why are they not supported by DAZ? Why are they different than, say, the PC freebies that are temporarily free and have no such restriction/notice?

    Where does it say that? I am missing something here. What product says that? I'm not trying to be argumentative, Alisa, I just want to know where it says these things. I'd be concerned, too.

    Oh wait, I just saw what you're talking about in the write up for Darc. But that has a regular price, crossed out. And it's in my Product Library. I'd expect that to be there for the duration of my account. It's a very odd thing to put into a product description. :-S

    Bryce lightning is only used if you want to have a render farm.

    You should have

    Then you should also find

    Ooooooh - I just had a scary idea ...

    The product pages are saying
    Each item is offered for 2 days only.
    the December freebie page says
    Each Freebie will only be available for 3 days after it's release

    What happens to those items in our account/Product library?
    Do I have to download before I am loosing access to them???????

    URGENT, Please Answer!
    Tomorrow I would loose access to FW Darc in that case!

    If you "bought" it, it should remain in your account history even if the price changes from free to paid.

    Once a product is in your product library it stays there, regardless of what happens to that item after you pruchased it, storewise.

    You have access to all your previous ''purchases'' free or otherwise, including a great many that are no longer available in the store, so why would these be any different.

    Make sure that you are logged in to the store, then add another item to your cart, check the cart and the first item should now be there, so you can remove the other item and check it out.

    That's another store issue that really shouldn't be there by now. Add something else to the cart, then view the cart. You'll see what you want in there. Then just remove the thing you didn't want.

    Yep got it and will also keep the other items just added to cart. I would buy more but alas DAZ chose to stop creating for and support for older Poser versions. I guess they no longer need my money after years of holding my credit card hostage. Bummer.
