The DAZ Lip Sync Panel ~ Where?

Can someone please tell me where to find the DS Lip Sync Panel? This document tells me how to find it, but that place doesn't exist in v4.6. It's probably been moved.

    Did you buy Lip Sync?

    It does not come as part of DS that I know of.

    Lip Sync is included in DS, no need to buy anything. It's available via Windows > Tabs > Lip Sync
    But it's 32 bits only, so you won't find it if in the 64 bits version of DS 4.6.
