Posable Measuring tape

Looking for a flexible measuring tape, with graduations (preferably imperial), and rigged (with bones) so it is posable.

I haven't made a tape, but I do have a folding measure in Everyday Tools

The tape measurer has to be flexible, not rigid. Like the one used by tailors...
