Hexagon & Wireless WiFi Adapter Problem!!!

I have a 300 Mbs Wireless N USB Adapter (TL-WN821N) to Connect to the internet, And when i ever launch hexagon i just see the cover screen with a white background like there is something stopping it from working, And when i turn the WiFi Adapter Off hexagon launch normally.
Is it because the Device or that hexagon needs some really good updates (that we all need), I need the internet just to see tips and tricks at the same time of my modeling.
Thanks.

my virginbroadband wireless 3G dongle used to make my DVD drive vanish in my DVD burner
never did find a solution other than unplug it when I wanted to burn a DVD
Hex never plays nice for me either but does not do THAT and I have D-link wireless N Nano wifi dongle too so maybe I should try unplugging it to run Hex too!:-P

The only thing I can think of that it is doing, is trying to read the DAZ news.

Go to Edit > Preferences Editor > User Interface and untick 'Check DAZ news' and see if that helps. There are no current updates for Hexagon, and it doesn't look for them as far as I know.

Before you current set up, what were you using? Did you have any issues with Hex with the old set up?

Have you tried updating the USB's software?

If you had a different set up before the USB, did you delete the software for that set up?

I'm asking because back in the days of Poser 8, I could not get the library to show up for anything. SMS tech support and I went back and forth on a daily basis to no avail. In the end, they gave me a refund because they could not fix the problem. Turns out, the problem was the modem software. I had picked up DSL when it finally became available but the modem software was still on the system. It had something to do with the com port.

What you have with Hex might be something similar.

My DVD drive was vanishing because of my old broadband wireless 3G, and i didn't have any problems with hex at the time.
But now i tried what JimmyC said and it worked as always, probably it was trying to receive some infos about updates but there was no responding and that what makes hex on hold.
    Thanks for your help everyone.
