No Snowball discount on Starter Suit?

I have the 10% discount for the snowball savings and in the details for what the discount applies to the starter suit is still on the snowball page in the last chance for snowball area so shouldn't it apply for the 10% discount. I have it in my cart but it is not giving the 10% discount?
Also for the 30% off on DAZ originals do they and Olympia bundle have to be in cart at same time? It doesn't state that anywhere that I saw but that's how it usually works, just wondered if it still applies after to DO's after purchase?

    Snowball discount only works on new item if they are shown on the snowball page. The starter bundle is not on the snowball page, and never was - that was always the Pro bundle of Olympia.

    The 30% extra discount on DAZ items only works f they are put into the cart at the same time as buying the Olympia-Bundle. If you first buy it, and then try to buy the DAZ-Articles, it will not work. :-(

    Sorry I need to clarify not the Olympia bundle the Merchant resource starter suit bundle for creating clothing, it is in the bottom portion in last chance today for snowball part...I was debating about it and thought I would get it after all but it doesn't give 10% discount today altho LY Karine and Freya are both giving 10% off

    It should discount, however, I am getting the same result as you when adding it to my cart. No discount. :-(

    There's a PA marked in the "excluded" list, but the item is by V3D. Maybe something got mixed up. It's best to file a support ticket.
    Exclusions = Gift Cards, Platinum Club Membership, products by Reallusion Animation & any new releases not currently shown on the Snowball of Savings page.

    They are so slow on the support tickets, the last one I files took almost 2 weeks, its ridiculous. The discount should work as posted instead of having to wait for so long.

    It doesn't show in the last chance panel for me, and it is too new for anything other than introductory sale discount.

    It was there at 07:45 AM, as I tested it directly from the snowball page.
    It seems to be gone now.

    Well how unfair is that? It was there this morning as I put it in my cart along with Freya and Karine, then when it didn't show a discount the first time I tried it a couple more times, all from the snowball page and as soon as I brought it to attention in my post it disappears and you say sorry its not there for me? Isn't that like taking a sale item in a store up to the counter and them ripping off the sale tag right in front of you, saying sorry Not on sale now instead of honoring the sale tag?

    Edit to add: as you can see from my first post it was 7:33 AM and still on the snowball page...the 10% snowball discount should be honored

    The newsletter that came out yesterday Dec 17 shows it as a new item which means it should be there yesterday and today for snowball sale, as items are available for 2 days so I think they should put it back for today. I will hold off on my purchase till later and if they don't put it back up that artist lost a sale today :(

    The Starter Suit was included in the email as a follow up. It was originally a snowball item on the 16th, the 17th was it's second day. It was supposed to be removed from the list, but there was an issue with the scheduler. We removed it as soon as we were made aware of the problem. However, the product did receive two full days of snowball status, just like every other snowball product.

    Once again... I wish the "cute sales" ideas were shelved until the issues with the website were worked out. Every single sale has these same issues.
