smoothing modifier memorized - locked and saved - unlocked and not memorized after new loading

so, just for the records, have applied the smoothing modifer to another prob (not my character) changed the values, memorized the values, locked all vallues and saved the scene. after new loading the scene all values except interactive update were unlocked and not memorized, the values were the ones I have set before saving but if I now restore the figure the values are being set to standard if I not memorize the figure before. so everytime I load a scene in which I have smoothing modifer applied I allways must memorize each figure before I can start creating or working on a scene.
