3D Universe Texture Converters out of stock?

I tried to purchase these yesterday and today and it says they are out of stock but are on the page in 3D universe store. Are they gone for good or just temporary? I need them to try to convert A3 textures to genesis apparently.

    No problems on my end. TC2 went into the cart without a problem and up through the final checkout page.

    Couple things in case you don't know. Besides the TC2, you will need the plugins. To go from A3 to Genesis' default V4 mapping, you will need both the V4 and the V3 plugins.

    It's cheaper to buy the TC2 bundle rather than buy them separately.

    It was the bundle I have had on my wishlist forever which is where I was trying to cart it from never tried from the store page, will now have to wait until that store is on sale again. Do I also need the A3 plugin for TC? It brings up a 404 error and only shows on the vendors personal store page where the link gives the 404 error for the daz store.

    File a support ticket with sales and explain what happened in detail.

    Since it was a store glitch they ought to be able to help you still buy it at a discounted price.
