Black noise occurs in the eyes of Acicia.
It seems to occur when Shaping-> Acicia-> eyes-> Syes Iris Size is increased.
If this value is 0, it does not occur.

Not sure, but it's possible that the iris morph also expands the sclera, causing some trace bias issues being too close to the eye surface or cornea. If you have an eye surface&cornea correction morph, try increasing it, possibly removing limits to go over 100%.
