This: "The maximum quantity allowed for purchase is 1." that keeps popping up when I try to add these 2 things to my cart - and yet won't even let me have one of either of these -
is happening because I'm not allowed to have this without first buying something else... that's right isn't it?
I mean this isn't a really free thing that you can use without buying anything else, is it?
'cos I don't have either the 'Look At My Hair' thing or the 'FM Solar System' thing...
and I tried to get:

Make sure that you are properly logged in to the store. If in doubt log out and then log in again. This problem normally arises when you add something to your cart when you are not fully logged into the store. You can be logged in to the forum, but not the store, as the store log in does time out.
Once you are certain that you are logged in to the store, then try adding another item to your cart, one that you haven't already tried to add. You should now see the other item already there. You can then remove the item you don't want and carry on shopping, or check-out, which ever you wish to do,
Also try the typical browser related things...
- clear cache
- clear cookies
I had this happen to me once where the only way I got around it was to use Firefox (I'm normally an IE user).
Pam, thanks for that - worked perfectly.
JonnyRay - you know, lots of people often say that about clearing the cache/cookies, but I've never yet found that I needed to do this - not ever!
Lol, and you couldn't pay me to use IE. To each their own. But thanks for taking the time to comment.
Glad it worked. It usually does.
BTW there is one thing where the DAZ 3D web guys do suggest that you clear cookies if you get persistant problems with it, and that is the Clodflare problem on the forums, the one where they say that your particular cloud is working but DAZ 3D is throwing an error. If you get that one keep coming up and it won't go away, then you do need to remove one cookie form your Daz cookies, which is the one named ''frontend''
