submitted a ticket over 2 weeks ago - please help - solved
On December 3rd, I opened a ticket because there wasn't a download link for a program I purchased (Morph Magic). That was handled speedily and corrected. When I got the link, I downloaded the program on December 5th and it would not open. I requested my money back. On December 13th, I opened a new ticket addressing the fact that the program will not open on my machine and I wanted a refund. I added to the ticket on December 20th. I still have not gotten a response other than the automatic one that the ticket has been received. I know they are busy but this has gone on since December 5th.
My guess is it got lost somehow. All I want is a refund as is guaranteed by DAZ. (When I looked for the ticket, both show "Being processed."
