New Shattered product: problem

I just bought this new product:IM00017898-01_Shattered
I acn use it except all the presets :Daz Studio 4 (last version) give me an error message
'' Error occured while reading the file...'
None of the presets are working for me or i miss something about using them
Debris,dummy glass and materails seems ok
Some suggestions ??

    Hi Martial, are you talking only about the shape pre-sets or mats as well? And is it effecting all the different panes?
    Bear in mind there is subfolder of presets for each pane of glass, so if for example you are using the rectangular radial pane you must use the rectangular radial pre-sets, none of the others will work on that particular pane.

    I mean shape presets and each in subfolders
    If i choose rectangular one dummy i choose also rectangular shape in presets and nothing change in the glass ,not shattered

    Are you applying the pre-sets to the dummy glass? (e.g the glass panes in the 'dummy glass' sub folder?) if so, these are not shatterable, so the pre-sets will not work on them.
    The pre-sets work on the main shatterable panes which are located in the main Props/'shattered' directory folder (not in a sub folder)

    i finally understand(ouf!)
    i was going directly to subfolders and not seen the original props
    Not ((My mistake :I MEAN NOW EVERYTHING WORKING GOOD) everything is working
    There are an excellent props

    Just had to pop in here and thank Dogz for a fantastic product. Very original and well executed. It will find many uses.

    Best Dogz, yesterday i have bought it too..follow the instructions here ...i can do what i want , the glass will not break..

    Shattered--PG Square Irregular-presets-o1 Hole 1 ...what can i do for find the morphing ( shapes?? parameters ???


    Or maybe it's better a small tutorial ,,on you tube how... to fix it...

    Hi Sean, which pane of glass do you have loaded in your scene?

    The morphs are under the parameters tab, under 'Actor' PG Square Irregular-presets-o1 Hole 1 should work so long as you have the PG Square Irregular pane loaded and selected in your scene.

    well i have not good installed thats important with the Daz Install Manager well correct...
