In this reference I read that clothing and hair are available seperately (see the text in attached image):

    Yes, the Toon Generations essentials pack is only morphs and materials, there's no clothes or hair included.

    The clothes in that image are probably those from this product, which is also part of the Toon Generations bundle. The bundle also contains toon hair packs.

    Wow, Toon Generation are an expensive references :-(

    The annual PA sale starts tomorrow, there’s a good chance the Toon Generations items will be on sale at some point during the sale.

    And for the record, the Clothing pack includes 11 different clothing items, and the Hair pack 8 different hairs. For what is included they’re actually pretty cheap, even when not on sale...
