Human Spine and Skull Axe?

In the main image for The Rock for Genesis 8 Male (https://www.daz3d.com/rock-for-genesis-8-male) the human man is holding two axes that appear to be fashioned from a human spine and skull. It did not appear to be one of the items linked in the items used in promo images. Would anyone know the name of the pack these gory axes appear in?

Fortunately my vacation was interrupted by some rain so I got to sit down and do some extensive Googling. It looks like Azarov’s Axe from Dead by Daylight, which I’ve never played. There’s a website of someone 3D printing it which I would think means there’s a file out there somewhere. 

If I get back from vacation and no other sleuths have found it, I may reach out to the gentleman who 3D printed it.

And I like quite a few of those items, not just the motorcycle spine. Nice find!
