DForce Scars & Tattoos

DForce scars and tatoos would be perfect!

Lay your model how you want them - place tattoo or scar over spot you want it on, simulate the dforce....get perfect form shaping scar or tattoo for the location on the body.

    While I can see the appeal, unfortunately, the limitations of dForce would cause a lot of flaws here; the scar/tattoo mesh won't be able to exactly match the geometry of the figure mesh wherever it sits, so will either float slightly above or clip through the surface of the model. For realism, such things really need to be applied on a texture level. (Particularly as tattoos actually sit slightly below the skin)

    Another issue is that it wouldn't follow the stretching and distortion of the skin as the figure moves; you wouldn't get consistent tattoos on a recurring character unless they were always identically posed.
