Can't spawn a morph from a deformer
Hi. I've just started working with D-Formers, and I'm using several successfully to reshape clothing for a morphed Genesis figure. I'm using the latest beta (4.6.2.72).
But right now I have deformers on a particular item, and I can't get Studio to spawn a morph.
In the scene I'm woring on, I'm using Genesis, morphed. The figure is wearing:
http://www.daz3d.com/night-guard-for-genesis-male -- I've successfully created morphs to shorten the undertunic skirt, and adjust the over-vest to fit over the new tunic skirt shape.
http://www.daz3d.com/b25-steam-punk-aviator-v4 -- I've successfully created morphs to make the pilot's helmet fit with the morphed Genesis head shape and scarf.

But --
I'm using the knife belt and sheath from the M4 Cheyenne set, over the Night Guard vest and tunic.

I set up a deformer on the back of the knife belt. I make sure the knife belt is selected in the Scene tab. Then I go to the DForm tab and check all three spawning options. I click 'Spawn Morph,' and, as expected, it asks me for a morph name. I give it a morph name; it accepts it; and then ... nothing happens. When I get done I've still got a DForm in the Parameters section, instead of a morph.
I've gone ahead and added two more deformers to finish shaping the back of the knife belt. I still haven't been able to spawn any morphs for it.
Am I doing something wrong? Does this rate a bug report? Or is there something odd about the M4 Cheyenne knife belt?

Are you 100% sure the deformers spawned on the root node of the belt? For Trixia items it defaults to the Root node, for none weight mapped items you need to select the root at spawn for them to function properly in DS4+
Uh, yeah, it looks like the deformers are on the root node. The bases and fields are all right below, on the same level with the hip. And Studio has always given me an error message if I had anything but the root node selected. In this case, it's not giving me an error message, but it's not creating the morph either.
Sorry, I crashed out on you, we to sleep. I have that Item and I'll toss some deformers at it. If I get the same we will know its a report-able error.
